The Roland JUPITER-80 is a flagship digital performance synthesizer released in 2011. It was designed to combine classic Roland synthesizer sounds with advanced acoustic instrument modeling and powerful real-time performance capabilities.

Its sound engine is based on Roland's SuperNATURAL technology, offering both virtual analog-style synthesis and realistic acoustic instrument sounds.

Powerful Virtual Analog Sounds

Thick analog-style basses, aggressive leads, classic Jupiter-style brass, warm pads, PWM textures and layered synthesizer sounds.

SuperNATURAL Acoustic Engine

Realistic acoustic pianos, electric pianos, orchestral strings, brass, guitars and other instruments with expressive playing behavior.

Four-Tone Live Set Architecture

Each Live Set can combine four different tones. Upper and Lower Live Sets can be layered, alongside Solo and Percussion parts, creating extremely complex multi-layered sounds.

Tone Blender & D Beam

Real-time manipulation of multiple sound parameters, allowing evolving pads, dynamic filter movement and expressive live sound transformations.
