The Order 808 includes a four-year limited warranty for the original purchaser, beginning on the original purchase date. Proof of purchase is required.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, incorrect power, modifications, accidents, moisture, environmental exposure, or normal wear.

The customer is responsible for shipping the pedal to Pendletone Effects for evaluation. For an approved warranty claim, Pendletone Effects will repair or replace the pedal at its discretion and cover return shipping.
