Beautiful, all original 1966 Gibson ES-330TD in its factory Sunburst finish, complete with its original hardshell case.

Now 60 years old, this classic Gibson hollowbody has survived remarkably intact, retaining its original finish, pickups, electronics, tuners, bridge, trapeze tailpiece, knobs and other hardware.

Condition: Good, with attractive and honest vintage wear.

The original Sunburst finish displays extensive natural lacquer checking (crazing), along with the assorted small nicks one would expect from a well-played, six-decade-old instrument. There is no attempt to disguise its age or history. The finish has developed a wonderful vintage character.

Unlike its semi-hollow ES-335 cousin, the ES-330 features a fully hollow, body weighing only a remarkably comfortable 6 lbs. Gibson’s legendary P-90 pickups, deliver a warm, woody character, clarity and unmistakable vintage tone.

This is an increasingly difficult guitar to find in genuinely original condition. An excellent opportunity to acquire an authentic mid-1960s Gibson that has not been refinished, modernized or cosmetically restored.
