Vintage 1978 Tama Yellow Label Model 6893 Tilting Boom Cymbal Stand
Our users rate Reverb
This listing is for a vintage 1978 Tama model # 6893 "Titan" series Tilting boom cymbal stand.
The original Tama "Titan" yellow label is intact, but a large portion of the decal has worn off.
As you can see from my pictures, this stand is in very good, fully functional condition and it is extremely well designed and sturdy and will hold exceptionally large cymbals.
The entire stand is beautifully chrome plated, and the lower tripod legs, support braces and center tubes are remarkably free from heavy rusting or pitting and really have a nice shine! New felt washers have been installed on the cymbal tilter assembly.
This stand is identical to the model used by Stewart Copeland when he performed with the Police.
