For as legendary as it is, the Tube Screamer was missing out on one thing: an actual tube. Ibanbez followed it up later with the Nu Tube, centered on a Nutube vacuum tube. It gives the Screamer an even stronger character, more compression and immediate response. The addition of a mix dial allows you to further design your preferred tone, going anywhere from a robust clean sound to a real breakup-y breakup.
