This C. Bechstein Model B was built in 1925, during the company's celebrated golden age. At 6'8", the Model B is one of Bechstein's most revered and versatile scales, prized for its rich, lyrical voice and wide dynamic range.
It was restored in Europe by our restoration partner. The original soundboard was preserved, keeping the warm, singing tone that made Bechstein the choice of Debussy and Liszt. The action was fully rebuilt and the case has a new high gloss ebony finish.
A new 2026 C. Bechstein Model B lists at $199,000.
