I am selling my beautiful 2013 Gibson ES-339. I’ve had this guitar for 2 year, played lightly, but I don’t play it enough to justify holding on to it.
This particular ES-339 is equipped with Gibson ’57 Classic humbuckers, which are highly regarded for their warm, articulate vintage Gibson tone. Great for everything from blues and jazz to rock, funk, and heavier overdriven sounds. In the split position, this guitar does the classic Meters funk sound to a tee. The semi-hollow body sustains beautifully. Throw a Ross compressor and a tube screamer in the chain and you’re Trey Anastasio ;)
