New and never used. All parts are in the bags. Includes the following JLM kits: 1290 Macro Mic Pre Kit, 2x I/O kits, 2 staten potentiometer kits, 1 - go between kit, 1- DI kit. In addition are 4 nuetrik board mount xlr connectors. This will build a very nice 1290 preamp! I ended up building a vintage 1073 and never built this. You need a chassis and transformers and a solder gun.
