San Bernardino

The San Bernardino is a melting pot of some of the greatest ideas in current and past guitar designs. This model blends the stability of an adjustable stop-tail bridge system with the comfort of an offset body. The San Bernardino offers several pickup configurations to accommodate the tastes of nearly ever type of player. Familiar, yet unique - the San Bernardino is an instant classic!

Chris Kroenlein is the "K" behind K-Line Guitars, and every K-Line guitar is hand built by Chris his workshop in suburban St. Louis, Missouri. A guitar repairman and builder since 1995, Kroenlein was inspired to build great-playing instruments based on his passion for vintage guitars and his struggle as a player to find quality construction at a price affordable to average working musicians. Often times at half the cost of the Custom Shop with better fit and finish.

Today, there are many options for the guitar consumer. Many get overwhelmed by the choices. Here at K-Line, we strive to make the process easy. You become part of the process through open dialogue to insure you get what you want instead of someone telling you what you want. Every guitar starts life here at the shop as a slab of wood or neck blank. The wood is chosen for its resonance and moisture content. This provides a consistent end product time and time again. No guess work. The wood is then shaped to the proper model and to the customers specs. We only use the finest hardware that has been proven to create the "K-Line Difference". Pickups options are endless but we have chosen a few to make the process more streamline. Tone is after all more like ice cream. There are many flavors but all are still great. We only use the thinnest possible finish to complete the final K-Line Guitar. Please, do not hesitate, give us a call and start building the guitar of your dreams!
