This is the TS5, the Tube Screamer from the Soundtank line Ibanez launched in 1991. This one is in the plastic case that replaced the original metal one, and the bottom label reads Made in Taiwan, serial 073922.
The circuit is close to the TS9's, built in Taiwan by Daphon rather than by Nisshin, the Japanese company behind the earlier Tube Screamers. Level, Tone and Dist. are on top. The output, input and adapter jacks are all on the back end, with the LED between OUT and IN. It runs on a 9-volt battery or a 9-volt adapter, center negative.
Black with the green label. Excellent condition, shown in the photos. Comes with just the pedal, no box.
Includes: The pedal only, no box
