The Palmer PLI-05 (also known as the Balun Line Isolation Box) is a passive, 2-channel audio line isolator designed to eliminate ground loop hum and convert between balanced and unbalanced signals.

- Connectors: 6.3 mm (1/4") TRS jack inputs and outputs on both sides
- Signal Compatibility: Handles both balanced and unbalanced connections using stereo TRS jacks. It can convert balanced signals to unbalanced (and vice-versa).
- Impedance Range: Built for higher impedances ranging from 600 Ohms to over 10 kOhms
- Galvanic Isolation: Uses internal line isolation transformers to separate signal paths electrically and stop mains-induced hum.
