Danelectro Fab Tone - TES Pedals ‘Mojave’ Mod

Danelectro FAB Tone – Mojave Mod

Custom Modified Distortion | Guitar & Bass | Desert Rock & Stoner Rock

Big Riffs. Thick Mids. Desert Rock Attitude.

Meet the Mojave Mod – a customised Danelectro FAB Tone developed for players who like their distortion heavy, gritty and full of character.

Inspired by the raw, riff-driven sounds of desert rock and stoner rock, the Mojave Mod brings a distinctive voice to a classic distortion platform. With a more open-sounding character and a stronger midrange presence, it delivers aggressive, articulate distortion that lets heavy riffs cut through the mix.

Think Kyuss, Queens of the Stone Age and Karma to Burn – chunky riffs, grinding tones and plenty of attitude.

Crank it up and let it rip.

More Than Just a Guitar Pedal

The Mojave Mod is equally worth exploring on bass guitar, making it an interesting option for players looking to push beyond conventional bass overdrive.

Its mid-focused character and defined distortion make it well suited to experimenting with gritty, aggressive bass tones, adding weight and attitude to riff-driven playing.

Whether you’re playing heavy guitar riffs in Drop D, exploring stoner rock textures or looking for a dirtier, more aggressive bass sound, the Mojave Mod offers plenty of room to experiment.

The Mojave Difference

This is a custom-modified FAB Tone, developed to explore a different distortion character from the standard pedal.

The result is a more open, mid-present voice with a distinctive, heavy distortion character. It’s designed for players who want grit and aggression while retaining definition in their riffs.

The pedal also features a customised indicator LED, giving it an individual look to match its modified character.
