The Luna Guitars High-Tide Koa Concert Ukulele combines exotic tonewoods and innovative electronics for an instrument that shines on stage or in the studio. Its concert-sized koa body resonates with full, balanced tone that only improves with age. When plugging in, the High-Tide Ukulele comes alive thanks to a piezo pickup and Luna preamp with 2-band EQ, enabling you to shape your tone for any musical situation. The High-Tide Ukulele gets its rich, sweet voice from a concert-sized koa body. Koa is prized for combining the midrange warmth of mahogany with the crisp highs of maple. Over time, koa opens up and blooms, rewarding players with greater depth and resonance. Visually striking, the High-Tide Ukulele's koa body features exotic grain patterns you'll find hard to look away from. Though the High-Tide Ukulele sounds stunning acoustically, you can take its lush tone on stage thanks to a piezo pickup and Luna preamp with 2-band EQ. Dial in just the right amount of lows and highs for your needs. The preamp's simple controls make it easy to shape your tone in the moment. The High-Tide Ukulele offers a number of playability enhancements for inspired playing. Its walnut-capped mahogany neck feels smooth and fast. A cutaway provides comfortable access to upper frets. An open-gear tuner system keeps your ukulele in precise tuning through dynamic performances. A walnut bridge adds clarity and sustain. Dotted with stylish abalone wave inlays, the rosewood fingerboard puts the finishing touch on this ukulele's stunning good looks.
