Hardware: All hardware, including tuners, pickup rings, bridge, knobs, switch tip, and strap buttons have been replaced. The pickguard is an authentic Gibson pickguard from the early 1960s. The corner of the pickguard next to the bridge pickup has been modified. The pickguard is warped from a chemical reaction with the vintage material over time. The tailpiece is an authentic Gibson side-pull Vibrola in gold. It is not original to this guitar, but the guitar would have originally had this style of tailpiece.

Weight: 7 lbs 5 oz

Cosmetic Condition: The guitar is in good cosmetic condition with expected signs of aging and play wear. There are various small dents and dings throughout the body and neck, as well as light finish checking. The pickguard is warped from a chemical reaction with the vintage material. There is mild belt buckle rash present on the back. The serial number has been damaged and is no longer fully legible. The hardware is lightly tarnished with age.

Modifications/Repairs: The guitar was re-necked by the Gibson factory in 1969 through a previous warranty service. All of the hardware and all of the electronics have been completely replaced.

Serial Number: N/A

Tech Notes: The guitar was re-necked by the Gibson factory in 1969. The neck shape, nut width, and neck heel are consistent with 1962 specs. Because this neck was made in 1969, it is a 3-piece mahogany construction. The serial number is stamped on the back of the headstock, but it is not fully legible.
