ESP LTD Alexi Laiho Arrowhead 20th Anniversary B-Stock

The Alexi Laiho Arrowhead 20th Anniversary is engineered for extreme speed and aggression, combining a razor-thin U-shaped neck with scalloped upper frets that make rapid position shifts and tapping passages feel effortless. The distinctive arrowhead body shape delivers genuine ergonomic advantage whether seated or standing, while neck-thru-body construction provides the sustain and upper-fret access demanded by technical metal work. This B-Stock unit carries minor cosmetic marks—a light scratch at the upper horn tip and near the control knob—with zero impact on playability, tone, or structural integrity.

Playability & Construction

Built on a 25.5" scale with neck-thru-body construction, this guitar pairs a three-piece maple neck and thin U-shaped profile with alder body wings for optimal resonance and structural stability. The macassar ebony fingerboard features 24 extra-jumbo frets with scalloped frets 19–24, enabling precise intonation and effortless legato work across the upper register. A double-locking Floyd Rose 1000 bridge supports aggressive vibrato techniques without pitch drift, while gold hardware and Grover tuners ensure reliable tuning stability.

Tone & Electronics

A single EMG HZ F-H2 passive pickup with volume control delivers tight, articulate tones suited to heavy rhythm work and high-gain lead playing. The black finish with yellow bevels and satin-finished neck featuring matching yellow detailing create an instantly recognizable visual presence, complemented by COBHC logo detailing and arrowhead-shaped pearloid inlays.
