I was the first owner. I bought it from Lakeshore Music that got it from EBMM. This was apparently built for their artist relations department -- so it may be a one-off or at least one of very, very few. It has the 25th Anniversary writing on the matching headstock and a BFR inlay at the 12th fret. I had contacted Ernie Ball Music Man Customer Service to see if I could get any other information about it and they said:

"We don't have detailed records for exactly why or for whom the guitar was built, but 97 is the color code we used in the past for custom or unique colors. 
Unfortunately, we don't have any more information about this particular guitar other than that it was produced for our Artist Relations department. "

It's not perfect/mint -- there's a chip in the headstock and the area around where the nut adhesive has expanded/contracted at some point and made for a less than perfect finish. I tried to show both of these well in the photos. Lakeshore Music said there were a handful of small shallow hard to see impressions on the body but I'm having trouble finding them. They said they're there so I'm including that information.

The gold hardware doesn't appear pitted though the pickup covers seem to have a tiny bit of tarnish/cloudiness. There are no other major faults that I can find. I tried to get good pictures so you can really see it though sometimes that high gloss finish makes big reflections. If there are questions or other pics you'd like to see, please ask!

The original case is included and most if not all of the case candy -- it's shown in the pics. If it's not pictured, it's not included. Be warned, the case is a bit rough. It's still entirely solid and the latches work but the outer faux ostrich layer started peeling when Lakeshore pulled some tape off that was on the case. I tried to show that well in the pics, too.
