Finally letting my Guild S-200 TBird fly this year. If you’re into anything like the Black Keys, dirty blues or jangly rock tones you will love this guitar. Surprisingly comfortable to play, the Little Bucker pickups deliver noise canceling functionality with enough spank and sparkle to cover most territory between single coil and hum-bucking tones. Fuzz pedals will love this guitar. The high pass filter switch proves to very handy with old amps that tend to flub out in the low end. Probably one of the most versatile guitars you will play.

This guitar is due for service and is being sold with the expectation it will require a set up. I figured I‘d pass it along to the next player to enjoy in their arsenal if they’re willing to give it a little love. This is the 2016-17 reissue. The input jack/control pots will require a cleaning, they are pretty scratchy and worn but still function as they should. Frets are in good condition. There are a couple small dings along the neck and headstock. The stock low output bridge pickup has been serviced and rewound courtesy of Avedissian pickups for a stronger output to compliment the neck, A5 magnet swapped for ceramic for a tighter tone. Tremolo arm and gig bag not included, any fresh parts and knobs are available from Guild directly.
