Incredible little unit. Does a lot of different things depending on your need. It was the saving grace to my old W/D/W stereo set up. I had a BOSS IR-2, and I had studio monitors I used in the FX loop for wet effects. The output of the IR-2 even cranked wasn't enough to drive my Mackie speakers. This little baby not only gave me way more than enough signal power, but it also allowed me to use the XLR inputs of the speakers, rather than the 1/4". Only selling because I went Fractal. Lowest price anywhere, and mint condition
The ART CLEANBox Pro is a bidirectional, 2-channel audio level converter designed to bridge consumer-grade equipment and professional audio gear.
Key Functions
• Unbalanced-to-Balanced Conversion: Takes consumer-level signals (such as from a laptop, smartphone, or MP3 player) via stereo RCA or 1/8-inch TRS jacks and converts them to pro-line-level balanced signals via XLR connectors.
• Balanced-to-Unbalanced Conversion: Takes professional balanced audio inputs (via XLR) and converts them into consumer-level unbalanced outputs (via RCA and 1/8-inch stereo mini-jacks).
• Independent Volume Controls: Features separate level controls for both the balanced and unbalanced output stages.
