Pearl Primal Collective Brass Snare Drum – 13" x 7" Beaded Shell

The Pearl Primal Brass snare delivers a warm, resonant tone with articulate projection, making it an excellent choice for drummers seeking versatility across multiple genres. Constructed with a 1mm beaded brass shell, this 13" x 7" snare produces a balanced voice with controlled overtones and natural sustain. The deeper 7" depth enhances low-end body while maintaining crisp attack and definition, ideal for both studio recording and live performance.

Built for reliability and ease of tuning, this snare features 2.3mm triple-flanged hoops that provide stable pitch retention and responsive feel. Dual tension lugs and a smooth snare strainer ensure consistent performance and straightforward maintenance. The brushed brass finish offers visual warmth and contributes to the drum's tonal character, creating an instrument that balances aesthetics with acoustic performance.

As part of Pearl's Primal Snare Collective, this model represents an accessible entry point into quality brass snare construction without compromising on build quality or sound. Backed by a two-year warranty and available through Drum Center of Portsmouth, it's a practical solution for players upgrading their percussion setup.
