Rickenbacker 360/12 in Mapleglo (the natural blonde finish).
What points to that:
12 strings with the slotted headstock and the "Rickenbacker" script plate
Semi-hollow body with the signature f-hole (Rickenbacker uses a single slash-style one)
Two single-coil "toaster top" pickups with the white pickguard
Five control knobs plus a toggle, which is the 360 layout (volume/tone for each pickup, a blend knob and a selector)
Cresting-wave body shape with the chrome "R" tailpiece
Triangle fretboard inlays and a rosewood board
"Made in America" sticker on the pickguard, so it's a US-made current-production or recent instrument
The 360/12 is the classic jangle machine, famous from The Beatles' A Hard Day's Night era, The Byrds, Tom Petty, and R.E.M. Its 12-string headstock has the unusual "slotted" design with the tuners on the sides.
