Quint Mandolins are handcrafted by top Chinese luthier Mr. Qin Ji Duo. They feature a premium Italian spruce top, premium Swiss tiger maple back, ebony fingerboard and bridge, Goto tuners, ivoroid binding, and a nitrocellulose lacquer finish. The beautifully hand-carved arched top, radius fingerboard, medium-sized frets, and original floating pickguard demonstrate high craftsmanship and refined taste. The soft V-shaped neck, radius fingerboard, and scooped fingerboard end enhance playability, making it very comfortable to play. This latest shipment also includes an original flame maple armrest, further improving playability and luxury. With its beautiful sheen from the ultra-thin nitrocellulose lacquer finish and tight tone, this flame maple mandolin is recommended for bluegrass and a variety of other genres. Please note that Quint mandolins are scheduled to increase in price from 2026. We recommend purchasing soon if you are considering one. Hard case included
