Demo Tape Fuzz, designed and built by Doug Tuttle in the USA. It has a green enclosure with cassette artwork and four yellow knobs. Bass and treble controls shape the fuzz alongside the Trim and Volume controls.

I bought it new in 2022. It has no modifications or repairs. The paint has its original distressed finish, as supplied by the manufacturer.
Includes the original box, manuals and stickers. No power supply.
