Schecter Synyster Gates Custom 6 TR-S Headless Guitar in Satin Black

The Synyster Gates Custom 6 TR-S is a headless instrument engineered for aggressive modern metal and progressive playing, combining lightweight ergonomics with professional-grade hardware and custom electronics. Its chambered mahogany body with maple cap and ultra-thin "C" neck profile deliver exceptional balance and responsiveness, feeling noticeably lighter than traditional guitars while maintaining resonant, sustained tone. This design excels during extended playing sessions and demanding stage work.

Electronics & Tone

The Schecter USA Synyster Gates signature humbucker in the bridge position paired with a Sustainiac pickup in the neck position unlock aggressive, high-output tones and virtually limitless sustain for expressive solos and layered textures. Volume and tone push-pull controls with a 3-way lever selector provide quick access to pickup blending and tonal shaping.

Construction & Playability

A 3-piece mahogany set neck with ultra-thin "C" profile (19mm to 20mm from 1st to 12th fret) enables fast, fluid playing across 24 X-Jumbo stainless steel frets on an ebony fretboard with a 16-inch radius. The Hipshot headless tremolo bridge with dual-action truss rod and two carbon fiber reinforcement rods ensures rock-solid tuning stability and intonation, while the Graph Tech Black Tusq XL nut (42mm x 6mm) delivers clarity and sustain.
