This 1962 Gibson RB-250 is all original, excluding the case. It has a beautiful mahogany neck and resonator and a three ply hard rock maple rim, with the original armrest, hardware and Kluson tuners, and the very rare triangle window pane tailpiece that was only around for a year or so around 1962. It has a four hole raised head tone ring and, of course, the iconic bowtie inlay of that era.
In the video, Geoff Hohwald introduces it as a 1962 bowtie Gibson archtop and plays it so you can hear it.
Condition: used. This banjo has been played and has honest wear on the neck and resonator, shown in the photos.
