The RG6HSHFX is an RG series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in late 2020. It is produced in Japan by FujiGen as part of the new J-Line range. The RG6HSHFX was just the second J-Line model introduced, following the Talman TM730. This guitar is a Japanese only market guitar I had shipped from Tokyo. It is very similar in feel to the Genesis line sold here in the US. This guitar will be shipped in the Ibanez MC300 hardshell case in the pictures.
The RG6HSHFX features a basswood body bolted to a maple and walnut Wizard neck with a 24 fret rosewood fingerboard with black binding and no position markers. Components include Ibanez pickups with direct mounted V7 & V8 humbuckers flanking an S1 single-coil, individual Mono-rail bridges, a Graph Tech TUSQ nut, and locking Gotoh tuning machines. The headstock features a black logo and the hardware is black as well.
