A 2016 limited-edition version of One Control’s Purple Plexifier: Volume 2 of the One Control × Zephyren collaboration series (released August 20, 2016). Same BJF-designed circuit as the standard Plexifier, dressed in an engraved silver enclosure.
The Purple Plexifier is Björn Juhl’s (BJF) take on the classic Marshall plexi: open, dynamic British crunch that cleans up with your guitar’s volume knob and stacks well with other drives. It runs from edge-of-breakup grit to full crunch, without the fizz you get from many amp-in-a-box pedals.
