This is an excellent used PRS SE McCarty 594 Singlecut guitar with several tasteful upgrades that make this already top-notch instrument truly exceptional.

• Neck Pickup: Suhr Thornbucker Neck, with coil split, 7.2 kOhm, Alnico V magnet, vintage PAF style humbucker, with great clarity and warmth that perfectly matches this guitar.
• Bridge Pickup: Suhr Thornbucker Plus Bridge, with coil split, 8.8kOhm, Alnico IV magnet, slightly overwound PAF style humbucker for the bridge position that retains the clarity and warmth these pickups are known for.
• Treble bleed: Mythos Variable Treble Bleed Kit for both neck and bridge volume controls, this allows you to easily select between 10 different treble bleed circuits with dip switches. With all the dip switches down, the treble bleed is bypassed. (more info at bottom)
• Tuners: Kluson Revolution Tuning Machines, locking tuners with matching vintage style with a 19:1 ratio for precise, stable and smooth tuning.
• Nut: Original PRS Nut, I left the nut string slots slightly high, so the new owner can adjust them, or have them adjusted down to taste.
• Pickup rings: Slanted PRS pickup rings to better match the angle of the pickups to the strings.

The guitar currently has a new set of 11 - 49 strings on it. The wires of the new pickups were thicker than the original pickup wires and therefore did not fit into the original routing channel, so an additional routing channel was added into the control cavity (see photo of electronics cavity). The electronics, coil taps and variable treble bleed kits all work perfectly and make this an incredibly versatile instrument. The value of this instrument stock is excellent, but with the upgrades on this guitar, this value will be hard to beat.

The guitar will ship in the standard PRS SE gig bag and additional packaging. The gig bag includes the truss rod adjustment tool. If so desired, I can also ship the guitar with the original pickups and tuners as well. Just let me know.
