I purchased this Asturias S-2 made by Wataru Tsuji from its original owner, who bought it in Japan in 2011.
The guitar is in excellent condition and has been carefully maintained at approximately 50% relative humidity (±5%) throughout its ownership. Despite frequent playing, there is no visible fret wear.
The action measures just under 4mm at the bass E string and 3.2 mm at the treble E string, measured at the 12th fret.
A fine Japanese-made classical guitar in excellent condition. The only marks I could find I took a picture of, two tiny dings in the lower right part of the soundboard. Barely noticeable. The seasoned spruce top produces a bold, full sound. Having been played regularly and carefully maintained over the years, the guitar has had ample time to develop its voice.
The top is solid German spruce, and and back and sides are Indian Rosewood. It comes with a hard-shell case.
