Today, Lawman Guitars is Presenting...
A really cool vintage Roy Smeck Concert Ukulele...Its a Soprano and made by the Harmony Company of Chicago...
We put a new set of strings on it and it sounds really nice... Note the side cracks. They are were glued at some point before we got it. Out Tech said they are secure and not going anywhere. He thought it was from the neck being removed for a neck reset. They weren't careful enough on the removal.. See pics 10 and 11. It certainly doesn't affect the playability. It has really nice low action..
Harmony made these Ukes starting in the 1930's and continued thru the 1960's...No way to tell what year this one is... Its certainly vintage to the 1960's at least!
Its all original to include the friction tuners, nut and bridge...We added one of our new vinyl gigbags to ship it to you in...
Sold as is no returns as its used. Thanks for respecting that.
