Selmer "Centered Tone" Bb Clarinet From 1958

Selmer Centered Tone Bb Clarinet - Grenadilla Wood With Nickel Silver Keys

This Selmer Centered Tone has a serial number of R2236, which puts it in the date of 1958. It was manufactured in France and immediately became a sought after instrument thereafter. Here's what we did in our shop: removed all keys, corks, pads and springs; removed tenon corks; polished the plate silver on all keys and posts; washed the dirt from the keys and the granadilla wood in the sink, then rinsed them off; glued corks to the tenon male tenons and all the pads that needed it; glued new synthetic pads into key cups; re-installed all keys, centering and shifting them to cover all tone-holes; play-tested the clarinet from top to bottom.

You may have noticed that I do not offer the Reverb return policy. This is because most players can tell within the first 5 minutes of playing a horn if it's meant for them or not. I offer my own return policy: You have 10 days from the day of arrival to play the instrument. Try it in several different rooms in your house. If you have a friend who also plays, let them listen to you, then you should listen to them. Once you are sure that you want it, please send me a note to let me know. If you want to return it you must pack it in the same package I sent it to you in with the same bubble wrap so it won't bounce around in shipment. You must return it within those 10 days.

Feel free to ask me any questions you may have. I'm happy to answer them for you if I can.
