Tonewoods

The Master Grade Sinker Redwood top comes from old-growth logs reclaimed after decades (or longer) submerged in riverbeds. The long immersion densifies the wood, yielding a warm, fast-responding voice in the cedar family while adding headroom, complexity, and a distinctive blooming sustain. Notes open with richness and overtone bloom that reward both delicate fingerstyle and more assertive playing.

Paired with Master Grade Cocobolo back and sides (Dalbergia retusa), the guitar gains depth, piano-like fundamentals, and abundant harmonic complexity.
