There's a reason these are so hard to find. The simplicity of this example of Leo Fender's artistry is amazing. The features include dual expanding truss rods, graphite sabilizer rods in the neck, six-bolt neck attachment, and light-weight aluminum tuners. The Magnetic field design pickup is super hot, eliminating the need for a battery operated pre-amp. The tone controls are bass-cut and treble-cut, the 3-way switch effects the pickup, giving you series, mode, singlecoil, and"OMG"mode. Checkout the many YOUTUBE videos for sound samples.
The body shows some light wear, but not anything heavy enough to photograph. comes with OHSC, strung with D'Addario NYXL's. i'm selling this one because I I like the sunburst finish on my other one, But these really are THe Precision Bass on Steroids!
