Gibson Les Paul Classic/Standard - Left Handed 2017 - Heritage Cherry Sunburst

2017 Les Paul Classic, modified to Standard. I bought this a couple years ago and it started life as a Classic, but the original owner modified it and "classed it up" by adding the amber switch tip, a Dirty Fingers in the bridge position, added chrome pup covers, a blank truss rod cover. I swapped out the chrome button tuners to the more classic tips on the locking Grover tuners. I also added chrome strap locks. All of the original stuff comes with it, including the stock bridge pup. It has a super clean brown Gibson case. Being that it has been modified(in all the right ways), the price reflects a pretty dang sweet deal on a hard to get lefty LP! I love the top, it reminds me of the 1958 version with the plain top, but when you see it in person, it does have some interesting figuring in the maple. I've only had it for about a year, and I just lean towards my hollowbody GIbson's all of the time. I have this and a LP Junior listed right now. They are both killer guitars, but my rule is that if I'm not playing them, there are tons of lefties out there looking for cool guitars and I don't want to be the guy hoarding them. That said, I really don't mind keeping this one for a while! Kinda want to just start a whole new band around this guitar...

Overall I'd give this guitar a rating of around 9.2/10. There are a few dings on the back as expected from a player guitar, and a tiny bit of wall hanger rash on the side of the headstock, but from the front, it looks immaculate.
