Overview

The Yamaha DXS18mkIII is the third generation of Yamaha’s flagship 18" active subwoofer, designed for wedding and event DJs, live venues, and rental companies that need deep, powerful bass. This latest model pairs a wooden bandpass cabinet with a newly developed 18" transducer and a 1500W peak Class-D amplifier, delivering the extra headroom and efficiency needed to fill larger rooms with clean, authoritative low end.

Setup and fine-tuning are fast thanks to the intuitive onboard color LCD screen, which provides direct access to DSP controls such as crossover, EQ, delay, feedback suppression, and ducker functions. Up to eight user presets can be stored for consistent results from one event to the next. When the sub is hard to reach, the D-Remote app lets you make adjustments wirelessly from anywhere in the venue, including managing up to ten speakers, grouping systems, and switching Auto EQ and Auto HPF presets.

Built-in Bluetooth audio streaming lets you play music straight from a phone or tablet, cutting down on cables and getting you up and running faster. It’s a dependable, convenient feature for DJs, presenters, and event professionals who need wireless playback for music, backing tracks, or other audio sources.
