Another quality Guitar from Lovies Guitars!

Lovies Guitars is excited to present this 2001 Gibson Les Paul Standard Plus finished in a beautiful Figured Tobacco Sunburst. Featuring the classic Les Paul silhouette and an attractive figured maple top, this Standard Plus combines timeless Gibson styling with the rich sustain and powerful tone that have made the Les Paul a mainstay of rock guitar. This example has an especially interesting history: it was **owned by Dean DeLeo of Stone Temple Pilots (STP)**. DeLeo’s unmistakable guitar work helped define the band’s sound, making this a compelling instrument for fans and collectors as well as players looking for a great Les Paul. The bridge pickup has been upgraded to a **Seymour Duncan SH-2B**, while the rest of the guitar retains its classic Les Paul character. **Condition: 9.7/10 – Excellent.** There are a few light dings and scratches consistent with age, along with a small cluster of dings on the back. Overall, this is a very clean example with an appealing figured top and notable ownership history. Includes the hardshell case. SPECS
