Offered for sale is a beautifully preserved vintage clarinet mouthpiece made of transparent crystal glass, marked “I.M. GRASSI MILANO” and “1”.

This elegant Italian-branded mouthpiece features a clear glass body, a brass-colored reinforcing ring at the tenon, and a natural cork tenon fitting. The maker's marking and the number “1” are clearly legible, with no apparent wear to the lettering.

Glass condition:

Excellent visual condition. Upon careful inspection, the transparent glass body shows no visible cloudiness, chips, deep scratches or other apparent damage. The tip and visible edges are also exceptionally well preserved.

Tenon cork condition:

The original tenon cork is in excellent condition. It remains supple and intact, with no cracks, missing sections or other visible damage. The cork seam is neatly joined, secure and flush, with no raised edges. Based on my personal inspection, replacement is not necessary and the mouthpiece is ready for use.
