Gibson BR-9 Original Vintage, a rare tube amplifier produced between 1948 and 1950, featuring a 10-watt 1x8 combo configuration. Its appearance is one of its greatest charms, with the light-colored covering, distinctive Art Deco-inspired grille and beautifully aged patina creating an unmistakable post-war look. The simple circuit delivers a warm, soft and highly responsive tone, ideal for blues, jazz and roots music. The speaker has been replaced, an important detail to note, while the amplifier retains all the visual character and historical appeal of a rare early Gibson amp. Worldwide shipping available.
