This is a near-mint pre-owned 71M from the 71 Series, which carries on the legacy of beloved offset guitars. It is Collings’ distinctive interpretation of the Jazzmaster.

With its classic Jazzmaster-inspired shape, this next-generation model combines Collings’ precision craftsmanship with its own distinctive character. The set-neck construction, Mastery bridge, and offset vibrato work together to create rich, semi-hollow-like resonance and natural sustain. The entire body seems to vibrate freely, producing an open and fluid playing feel.

It is equipped with a Lollar Blademaster in the neck position and a JM P90 in the bridge position. All three pickup settings offer well-balanced tones, while pulling the tone knob engages series wiring for a thicker, more driven humbucker-like sound. High-quality components including Davies Radio knobs, 250k pots, and a Jupiter Vintage Yellow capacitor further enhance its tonal character.

The antique-finished nitrocellulose lacquer finish recreates the look and feel of a guitar that has been played for many years. The headstock design requires no string tree, providing an ideal break angle for stable tuning and even string vibration. Its 25-1/2" scale and 10" radius fingerboard offer a comfortable and confident playing feel.

This exceptional pre-owned instrument shows almost no signs of use and remains in near-new condition.
