Vintage 1974 Maestro PS-1A Phase Shifter, the Tom Oberheim-designed phaser behind countless classic '70s recordings. Three pushbutton speed settings and deep, rich analog phasing that still sounds like nothing else.
DATING All three Signetics MC1458 op-amps carry date code 7408 (week 8, 1974), placing this unit in 1974 production.
SERVICE - Fully recalibrated: FET bias and oscillator amplitude adjusted to spec, restoring proper sweep depth and smoothness. - No parts replaced. Circuit is original and unmodified. - Tested and working on all speed settings.
CONDITION - Lots of dings, scratches, and some rust spots. The rocked switches have some odd "spoting" on the side. None of it affects functionality.
