This Instrument was taken completely out of circulation many years ago and Stored in a Humidity controlled, non-smoking environment until just recently. It is in very good condition and is an excellent example of the golden era of Teisco guitars.

The Specific Red, Gold, and Black Metal Crown Badge confirms This Guitar was made during the golden era of Teisco manufacturing roughly 1964–1968.  Also because It states "Made in Japan" on the back of the headstock, you can be 100% sure it is a true 1960s Japanese build. Later versions from the 1970s dropped the metal badges for stickers and shifted production to South Korea or Taiwan.

The Guitar has a Bright Booming Crisp and Resonant sound and all Strings Ring Clear and Clean.

It Can be played pretty easily with the fingers up the Neck as well as with a slide.

The Intonation is correct to the 12th Fret and in fact you can play an E chord all the way up the Neck to the 12th fret and It will be in tune. You can do the same thing with the D chord ..play a D chord all the way up the neck to an octave at the 12th fret and all the strings will be in tune.

All the Tuners turn Easily and are tight and strong.

Please look at all pictures closely and Ask any questions I may have left out. The pictures constitute the majority of the description for this Item.
