The once-lost dual op-amp Big Muff 2 circuit receives a bass-focused deluxe treatment with flexible tone shaping, extended low-end, and virtually endless sustain. Its signature midrange grind is supported by a clean blend, adjustable noise gate, footswitchable crossover, and expanded outputs for stage and studio use.

Volume, Tone, and Sustain set the overall output level, distorted-signal EQ, and amount of fuzz. The Blend control balances the clean and distorted paths so heavy fuzz can retain a solid fundamental and clear attack. Gate sets the input threshold needed to open the noise gate, helping keep high-gain sounds tight and controlled.

The footswitchable Crossover section divides the signal into separate clean and fuzz paths. Its high-pass filter removes low frequencies from the signal entering the fuzz circuit, while its low-pass filter shapes the clean path. Independent HPF and LPF controls make it possible to combine a clear, cutting fuzz texture with a large, clean bass foundation.

A selectable -10 dB input pad accommodates active instruments and other high-output sources. Along with the main output, the pedal provides a low-impedance XLR DI output carrying the effected signal and a buffered Direct Out carrying the original clean signal. Both the main effect and crossover footswitches support standard latching operation or momentary press-and-hold action.
