Schecter Sunset-6 Red Dawn guitar in Gloss Black

Schecter Sunset-6 Red Dawn Gloss Black Electric Guitar

The Sunset-6 Red Dawn is a fast, ergonomic instrument built for players who demand both comfort and tonal range. Its ultra-thin neck profile and low action reward precision technique and aggressive attack alike, while the striking gloss black finish with red binding gives it visual presence on stage or in the studio. This guitar excels equally through high-gain circuits and articulate clean tones, making it a versatile choice for modern styles.

Playability & Feel

The ultra-thin "C" neck shape paired with a 25.5" scale length creates a fast, natural feel whether sitting or standing. A 16" fretboard radius and 24 stainless-steel X-Jumbo frets deliver low action across the full range, while the 3-piece maple set neck with Ultra-Access design keeps upper frets fully accessible. The 42mm Graphtech Black Tusq XL nut supports precise intonation and reliable tuning stability.

Tone & Electronics

Dual Fishman Fluence Modern pickups—ceramic in the bridge and alnico in the neck—provide three distinct voices accessible via a 5-way switch and push-pull master volume control, spanning aggressive high-output punch to smooth, articulate cleans. The Tonepros Locking Tune-O-Matic bridge with string-thru body ensures stable tuning and enhanced sustain across all strings.
