Highly regarded in the world of Japanese vintage guitars, the Hard Puncher series from Tokai were a very impressive range of Fender P style basses built to a very high standard. Previous owner replaced the pickguard with a mirror chrome one otherwise it looks all original.
Headstock logo is slightly damaged but still clear and visible, given a restring and basic service prior to listing. The neck is straight and the truss was adjusted, the frets have some signs of wear but play well.
