Fender Bassman 100 1976-1980 - Black
Our users rate Reverb
Here is a vintage 1979 (best guess based on serial number A9*****) Fender Bassman 100 two channel tube amp and matching Fender 4x12 speaker cabinet.
It shows it’s age, just like most of us do.
See pics for cosmetic imperfections.
It powers up fine. Pots are clean, tubes are clean. All channels sound good and loud. Master volume knob has a little play, May just need tightening. Some ground hum, may have been from the guitar used to test it.
This stack belonged to my mother’s late husband and he last used it at home nearly 20 years ago.
It’s been stored in a corner in the back room of the house since then.
Bring your bass and give it a test drive.
