The Univox U-1011 is a very rare, Japanese-made 100 to 105-watt all-tube guitar amplifier head produced in the early 1970s. Known for its massive power, incredibly high clean headroom, and striking "outerspace blue" or black vinyl covering, it is considered an underground sleeper amp that can achieve a Plexi-style classic rock roar when pushed.

Sonic Character & Notable UsersThe U-1011 behaves excellently as a clean pedal platform because it resists breaking up even at very high volumes. However, players frequently "jump" the two channels and crank the volume to release aggressive, full-throated 1970s rock tones.
Historically, the amplifier holds strong ties to iconic rock royalty:
- Jeff Beck famously relied on the U-1011 during his time with the power trio Beck, Bogert & Appice.
- Jimmy Page utilized and endorsed these powerful heads during the early 1970
