Bought several 9625s here on Reverb for a patchbay expansion project and this was an extra.
Has a few tiny scratches from being racked previously but otherwise minty - I have included a factory designation strip set (which I purchased these new from Switchcraft) so your plastic covers are clear and perfect looking.
Fwiw - I highly recommend using PatchCAD software for creating your custom labels - I have them printed on #80 bond and they look great!
