The Fender American Professional Stratocaster HSS combines an alder Stratocaster body in 3-Color Sunburst with a maple fingerboard and an HSS V-Mod III pickup configuration. A three-ply Mint Green pickguard, zebra bridge humbucker, and aged white controls give this version a traditional visual foundation around its updated electronics.

The maple neck uses Fender’s Deep “C” profile with smooth rolled fingerboard edges and a sculpted heel for improved access to the upper frets. Its “Super-Natural” satin urethane finish covers the back of the neck, with gloss urethane on the headstock face. The 9.5"-radius maple fingerboard carries 22 Narrow Tall frets, black dot markers, and a 1.685" bone nut.

The V-Mod III bridge humbucker is joined by V-Mod III Stratocaster single-coils in the middle and neck positions. A five-way blade handles the primary HSS switching, while the push-push tone control coil-splits the bridge humbucker for its calibrated single-coil setting. ClassicGear Precision potentiometers provide the volume and tone controls.

Fender’s upgraded two-point synchronized tremolo uses ClassicGear Radial bent-steel saddles, a cold-rolled steel block, and a pop-in tremolo arm. Staggered Fender Standard cast/sealed tuners and an asymmetrical neck plate with Micro-Tilt adjustment round out the hardware.
