Premium Japanese George Harrison Signature Duo Jet finished in classic black. In excellent condition with little in the way of wear, just a few blemishes on close inspection which we've exaggerated on the close-up photo by bouncing direct studio light onto the surface to make them visible.

This Signature Duo Jet is remarkable tribute to the musical legacy of George Harrison - meticulously crafted and modelled on the very guitar that Harrison himself affectionately called his "first real decent guitar." The GH6128T-GH showcases the authentic appointments and modifications featured on Harrison's original 1957 Gretsch Duo Jet, a cherished instrument he acquired in the early 1960s. 

Features include a lightweight mid-'50s-style chambered body, a Bigsby B3C tailpiece, and a distinct offset strap button on the lower bout. It has a three-ply body binding in an elegant white-black-white pattern, single-ply white neck and headstock binding, and a 12"-radius 22-fret rosewood fingerboard adorned with Hump Block pearloid inlays. 

A rich tonal palette is provided by the two single-coil DynaSonic pickups, while the vintage-style "rocking bar" bridge with a rosewood base ensures flawless intonation and sustain. The silver plexi pickguard and chrome-plated Grover V98CM Sta-Tite tuners add a touch of class, while the truss rod cover proudly bears George Harrison's signature.

It weighs only 7lb 4oz and comes complete with its original premium tweed case and paperwork as pictured.
