Vintage Japanese-made Tama Artwood AW526 maple snare drum in gloss piano black finish.

This professional-quality snare features a 14” × 6.5” maple shell, Tama’s distinctive tube-style lugs, heavy die-cast hoops with oversized snare gates, and original Tama snare strainer hardware.

The drum is in excellent overall condition for its age. The piano black lacquer retains a beautiful gloss, with only minor cosmetic wear consistent with normal use.

The maple shell interior and bearing edges are in excellent condition. The original Tama throw-off operates smoothly, and all hardware is fully functional. The drum is equipped with conventional-length snare wires secured with cord attachments through the oversized snare gates.
