Pair of Jensen Gold Label C12N 12" speakers 1968 16 ohms
Our users rate Reverb
Here we have a pair of 1968 gold label Jensen C12N's, the higher powered 12 like you see in a Twin Reverb. These came out of a trashed Kustom years ago, and sounded fine- we have a video up as well so you can hear them. They are 16 ohms each. We had a guy who wanted them for a Twin so he could run it with an 8 ohm cabinet, I myself was going to use them in a Marshall! Another guy wanted a 16 ohm for his Deluxe so he could add an extension cabinet. The cones have dropped a hair, but overall are in nice shape. We used an old Peavey PA-600 head with an MP-3 player and drove them pretty hard. They sounded pretty good, but are almost 60 year old speakers, and the day may come they benefit from a recone. Thanks for looking!
